1. Environmental condition control The air purifier test cabin has the simulation function to provide certain environmental conditions such as temperature, relative humidity and air exchange rate. After the system is running stably, within the next 48 hours, monitor the temperature, relative humidity and air exchange in the test simulation cabin near the exit.
2. The air purifier test cabin sealing test uses the tracer gas attenuation method. After the simulation cabin is sealed, the ambient temperature of the simulation cabin can be adjusted to 23°C and the relative humidity is 45%. In static mode, a certain amount of CO2 is injected into the air purifier test chamber, and based on the attenuation of the CO2 concentration in the chamber, a logarithmic-time relationship curve of CO2 concentration is drawn. The slope of the curve is the leakage amount.
3. The mixability of the simulation cabin can be quantitatively evaluated by the tracer gas attenuation method, using CO2 as the tracer gas and measuring it with a CO2 analyzer.
4. After the empty cabin operates stably and the concentration of some internal gases that may be related to the target object is low enough, it can be guaranteed not to interfere with the normal experiment. During the measurement, the simulation cabin was first cleaned with a high-flow pump for one night, and the air exchange volume was adjusted to 30m?/h.
