Micro-Drop Test Machine for Mobile Phone
1.Overview
This micro drop test machine is suitable for use with a wide range of small electronic consumer products, including mobile phones, telephone handsets, walkie-talkies, MP3 players, CDs, electronic dictionaries and other similar items. It can be used for repeated drop tests and desktop micro-drop test machine simulations of the reliability of mobile phones in different heights, as well as for testing the drop resistance of the mobile phone shell, screen and internal electronic parts. It can also be used for seismic performance testing. It is recommended that the tested product be opened during testing to facilitate the observation of its performance.
2. Action principle
The lift motor drives the upper fixture down to the product fixture, rises, releases the air fixture, and then the mobile phone falls freely for the set number of times.
3. Equipment features
(1) The number of times can be set to stop automatically.
(2) The falling surface material is aluminium, with a thickness of 12mm. The prompt function allows the user to set the number of times and the value of the key, with automatic stopping of the test.
(3)This machine employs a motor drive as the mobile phone lifting and dropping source, with a precision double-action cylinder for homing action. This enables the mobile phones and other products to be repeatedly dropped to detect the impact resistance of the product from a certain height. The use of pneumatic components and a special control mode greatly enhances the test speed and consistency. The high-quality LCD touch-screen control and PLC programmable controller are used for the action of the programme control. The independent counting and reaching of the set number of times are also features of this machine. The programmable control allows for independent counting, with the test automatically stopping when the set number of times has been reached.
