Rotary arm centrifugal acceleration tester is used to determine the adaptability and performance of electronic components, small equipment and other electrical and electronic products subjected to constant acceleration environment, and to assess the structural integrity of some components. 

The rotating arm centrifuge is a kind of testing equipment that can generate centrifugal acceleration by rotating the rotating arm. The centrifugal acceleration can be used to conduct acceleration assessment or testing on the product. The characteristic of the rotating arm centrifuge is that it has a rotating arm that can rotate around the main axis.

Rotating arm centrifuges are mostly used for steady-state acceleration detection of  equipment and electronic and electrical components.

The load caused by the acceleration of the rotary arm centrifuge is proportional to the distance of the specimen from the rotation axis.

In order to ensure that the acceleration load on the parts closest to and furthest away from the rotation axis of the test piece is not less than 90% and not more than 110% of the specified test value respectively, a centrifuge of appropriate size should be selected during the test.
