Product Description
This product is mainly used to measure the burning performance of plastics or plastic parts and non-metallic materials under 50W flame condition, burning in horizontal or vertical direction. It is also used to determine the burning level of plastics.
Conforms to UL94-2012 HB Horizontal Flame Test;
Comply with ASTM D635; V-0 V-1 V-2 vertical burning test of UL94-2012;
Comply with ASTM D3801; IEC60695-11-10 standard requirements.
(1) Adopt single-chip computer design, touch screen control, test data can automatically store more than 20 groups, automatic reading, automatic timing;
(2) The volume of the test box is more than 0.5 cubic meters, and the inner wall of the box is black.
(3) large transparent observation window, easy to fully observe the combustion state of the specimen.
(4) Humanized design of the door up and down the push and pull way, easy to reach the specimen and burner; (5) Installation of the sample adjustment device adopts the same design as that of the test chamber.
(5) Installation of the sample adjustment device using motor drive;
(6) Top exhaust device to extract the exhaust gas produced by combustion;
(7) The burner angle can be adjusted 45, 90 degrees conveniently to meet the needs of each standard.
(8) Adopting high-precision regulator to adjust the gas pressure required by the standard;
(9) Equipped with ASTM D5207 standard temperature calibration device
