The harm of oil fume to human health has attracted more and more attention from society. Oil fume detectors, oil fume purifiers, etc. have formed considerable scale industries and are closely related to the environment and residents' lives.
This equipment is used to quantify the continuous occurrence of cooking oil fumes and provide the required oil fume source for testing oil fume purifiers and oil fume detectors.
The flow of edible oil is accurately measured through a metering pump, and the edible oil and a carrier gas (default is indoor air, or inert gas provided by a high-pressure cylinder) enter the high-temperature evaporation mixer. The oil is fully heated and smoked in the high-temperature evaporation mixer, and is fully mixed with the carrier gas before being output. The output oil fume can be connected to the test air duct and used as a test source.
Installation steps
Open the packaging box and place the device on the workbench;
Connect the power cord to the power socket of the device and turn on the power;
Connect the air outlet of the equipment to the air duct inlet;
Open the back door of the equipment and check whether there is enough oil in the fuel tank. If not, add oil.
