The supply equipment and exhaust equipment required for compressed air are as shown in the figure and the test is as follows.

1. The material is required to be blunt and the material itself cannot be corroded and cannot affect the corrosion test.
2. The atomizing nozzle cannot spray the test liquid directly onto the sample, and the solution at the top of the spray chamber cannot drip on the test piece.
3. The test liquid dripping from the specimen cannot flow back into the salt bucket for testing.
4. The solution cannot contain grease and dust, so an air purifier must be prepared.
5. The spray liquid should be collected for at least 16 hours, and an average of 2ml to 1ml of solution can be collected per hour. Use the final average to represent the spray volume.
6. The concentration of sodium chloride solution should be maintained at 40~60g/L.
7. The temperature of the pressure barrel should be maintained at 47±1 degrees, and the temperature of the brine barrel should be maintained at 35±1 degrees.

Sample placement:
1. If multiple workpieces need to be tested, please ensure that each major surface can be detected by salt spray at the same time.
2. When the samples are arranged, the spray should be able to drip freely on all test pieces to prevent the spray from being blocked.
3. Each sample cannot come into contact with each other.
4. Salt spray cannot drip from one test piece to another.
5. The bottom of the test piece should be marked with a sample identification mark.
