It is suitable for the rapid determination of formaldehyde in furniture, plywood, decorative veneer plywood, joinery, and veneer artificial panels.
Detection method: Comply with acetylacetone spectrophotometry (GB 18584-2001, GB 18580-2001)
The instrument consists of a host computer, a sample pre-processing device and a reagent kit. The instrument is packaged in a whole box, which is small in size and light in weight.
Optical system: It uses solid-state light-emitting devices as the light source and monochromator. It integrates the light source/monochromator, colorimetric tank and sensor. It has no moving parts and uses pulse power supply. The light source has a lifespan of 100,000 hours.
Display mode: 4.7-inch large LCD screen, Chinese display. Directly displays the concentration of the measured substance and the currently measured absorbance.
Built-in curve: The instrument has a built-in working curve. There is no need to prepare a standard solution. You only need to use supporting reagents for zero point calibration to achieve rapid quantitative determination of samples.
Measurement method: The sample is expanded and measured in the same closed container (cylinder) without transfer, which improves detection accuracy.
Special pre-prepared reagents greatly shorten the reagent preparation time, are simple to operate and easy to use. After adding a special chromogenic kit, only zero-point calibration is needed to determine the analyte.
Independent software: The instrument has multiple functions such as measurement, setting, recording, saving and data statistical processing.
Online software: You can input sample name, testing items, testing institutions, testing personnel and other information, and export the data in EXCEL format. Test reports can be prepared directly and printed via an external printing system.
Data interface: external USB interface supports data management and instrument control.
