Classification of Thermal Shock Test Chamber (hot and cold shock test chambers)

The structure of the thermal shock test chamber usually has three forms: single box type, vertical lifting type and horizontal two box type. The comparison of the three structures is shown in Table 1. Comprehensive comparison of the above three forms, the single-box type requires a large amount of cooling and heating. This structure has poor feasibility and has few practical applications: the vertical lifting type avoids the influence of the external environment through internal lifting conversion. , but since the lifting device itself consumes cooling or heat as a heat load, this method is usually suitable for small test chambers. For medium and large test chambers, this method is not applicable because the lifting device is too heavy: horizontal two-box type Through the mutual conversion between the two boxes, the load of the box is reduced and the cooling and heating capacity of the equipment are reduced. However, a horizontal conversion device is required and will be affected by the external environment. Therefore, the choice of test method should be analyzed based on the specific situation. For small equipment, the vertical lifting method can save one box, which can save costs; for medium and large test equipment, as long as the plan is reasonable and feasible, a horizontal two-box test can be used program is a better choice.

Equipment composition

Thermal shock test chamber equipment consists of low temperature box, high temperature box, refrigeration system, heating system, control system, conversion device and other equipment. The low-temperature box provides a low-temperature platform for the hot and cold shock test chamber, and can also conduct low-temperature tests separately: the high-temperature box provides a high-temperature platform for the hot and cold shock test chamber, and can perform high-temperature tests at the same time: the refrigeration system provides a low-temperature environment for the low-temperature box: the heating system is The high temperature box provides a high temperature environment: the control system completes the control and measurement of the equipment and test process; the conversion device is used to convert the specimen during the test process.
