1. Product introduction:
The programmable high and low temperature SSD BIT aging test chamber can be used for batch high/low temperature humidity aging testing of SSD solid state drives, or for high and low temperature humidity aging testing of PCB circuit boards, various materials, electronic products, etc.
Test process:
1. The BIT aging box is set to 128KB sequential writing, the queue depth is 32, and the BIT aging box is run.
2. From normal temperature to -40 degrees at a temperature drop rate of no more than 20ºC/h.
3. The hard disk under test is kept in an environment of -40ºC for 72 hours.
4. From -40ºC to 80ºC at a temperature rise rate of no more than 20ºC/h.
5. The hard disk under test is kept in an environment of 80ºC for 72 hours.
6. Reduce the ambient temperature from 80ºC to 25ºC at a temperature rise rate of no more than 20ºC/h and let it stand for 24 hours.
7. The BIT aging box is set to 128KB sequential writing, the queue depth is 32, and the BIT aging box is run.
8. Compare the test results of steps 1 and 7.
In the high and low temperature test, unqualified discs are screened out, including welding problems, particle problems, DRAM and main control problems. Passing the BIT test can ensure that the discs are stable and reliable during use.
