Introduction of Test chamber
At present, the main component of plastic runners in China is toluene diisocyanate (TDI), whichis composedofpolyether, polyurethane material, rubber particles, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) particlesorPU(polyurethane) particles, pigments, additives and so on. Its toxicity mainly comes from the use of toxic toluenediisocyanate,plasticizer, chlorinated paraffin and so on. TDI polyurethane runway, which is widely laid, contains a varietyof toxicandharmful chemicals in its raw materials, which will release toxic gases when exposed to temperatures above20degreesCelsius or ultraviolet radiation.
The main component of plastic runway is polyurethane. At present, the possible toxic pollutants of inferiorplasticmainly come from three parts:
1. The solvent used in plastic runway volatilizes toxic toluene and xylene, whichhasirritatingodor and can cause skin itching, dizziness and other symptoms.
2. Low-quality plastic runway contains leadsalt, aheavymetal drier, which can promote runway solidification and fixation, but heavy metal lead will cause permanent pollution. Afterlong-term contact between children's skin and the plastic runway, lead penetrates into the body, causingbloodleadtoexceed the standard, that is, lead poisoning.
3. The most harmful is the poisonous plasticizer used in therunway. Itcanincrease the elasticity of the inferior runway and make its elasticity up to the national standard. Phthalate ester plasticizersare the most common plasticizers. Overuse may even lead to sterilization of boys.
The test box provides a clean enclosed space to accurately control the temperature, humidity, backgroundconcentration, wind speed, relative pressure and ventilation rate in the cabin. It is used to simulate the pollutant release process of products under specific environment. It is used to test whether the plastic runway materials canmeet the requirements of T/310101002-C003-2016 "Limit of harmful substances on plastic surface of school sports ground".
