1.Use and characteristics of equipment
HYZP-004 40000G constant acceleration centrifugal testing machine is used for constant acceleration testing of component products. The equipment can meet the centrifugal test requirements of GB2423, GJB150, GJB360, MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-202F, IEC68-2-7, MIL-STD-883C and other related standards. No special foundation is required for installation.
The equipment is controlled by industrial computer with high control precision, wide acceleration range, good stability and reproducibility. It can display the whole test process in real time, store and print the test results. It can be used to measure the effect of constant acceleration on microelectronic devices and to assess the reliability of the internal lead or structure of these devices. The purpose is to discover structural and mechanical defects that may not be detected in impact and vibration tests, and can also be used in high stress tests to determine the mechanical limits of packaging, internal metallization and lead systems, chip or substrate attachments, as well as electronic components or other components. In addition, 100% screening test can be done in the manufacturing process of components to detect and eliminate any components whose structural components are below the nominal value.
Composition and description of equipment structure
The system of 40000G constant acceleration centrifugal testing machine is mainly composed of seven parts: centrifugal device, vacuum device, speed measuring device, working spindle swing detection system, working turntable, computer control system, and the frame and system connection supporting them.
1,Centrifugal device: AC motor is used to drive the working spindle to rotate at high speed to achieve the required speed of the test.
2,Vacuum device: used to reduce frictional heating of working turntable when centrifuge runs at high speed; reduce air resistance, improve working conditions, prevent deformation of working turntable caused by heating. Vacuum pump is used to vacuum the turntable "studio" before the equipment runs.
The schematic diagram of the vacuum device is as follows:
Vacuum pump directly sucks air in the working chamber of centrifuge, vacuum gauge is used to measure the vacuum degree in the working chamber of centrifuge, vacuum switch is used to sense the signal output element when the vacuum degree in the working chamber reaches the set value. The vacuum degree of this equipment is set to -0.65atm. When the centrifuge control system is given centrifuge operation, the vacuum system first starts to work and sucks the working chamber. Vacuum, when the vacuum degree reaches - 0.6 atm, the vacuum switch will work, and at the same time, the signal that the vacuum degree meets the operation requirements will be transmitted to the main control computer. At this time, the centrifuge power drive system can work with electricity. The solenoid vent valve is used to supply air to the working chamber after the centrifuge stops working, so that the internal pressure of the working chamber is the same as the external pressure.
3,Velocity measurement system:
The speed of the working spindle is measured directly by a photoelectric speed sensor, and the measured pulse signal is fed back to the control system.
4,Working spindle swing detection system: to ensure the high-speed operation of centrifuge, the swing sensor directly measures the swing of flexible spindle. The single displacement of the swing is defined as 20 levels, each level represents the center position of the spindle offset 0.01 mm. Within a certain low speed, because the centrifuge must pass through the first critical speed, it is not used as the basis of detection and discrimination. When the speed is above this speed, because the spindle swing magnitude of the spindle system is used as the basis of measurement, the special fixture turntable can be set to 8 levels, and the universal fixture turntable can be set to 10 levels. When the swing magnitude of the centrifuge reaches or exceeds the swing set magnitude, the system will alarm and automatically slow down and stop the centrifuge.
