The LED photoelectric oven is a versatile tool used in the optoelectronic industry for curing and baking. It is widely employed in the production of dot matrix, digital tubes, LED light-emitting diodes, SMD, high-power SMD, and other curing applications. The oven can be enhanced and tailored to suit specific customer or product process requirements of integrated or multi-box independent studios (OEM&ODM), offering programmable multi-segment temperature control and time control, while utilizing more energy-saving and humane technology.
1. The entire machine is assembled in accordance with CE/3C and other certification standards, in line with the safety standards of the safety supervision and electric heating and baking equipment industry.Core Configuration
1. Box part: precision oven shell constructed from 1.5mm thick cold rolled steel. The surface is treated with a high temperature plastic spray paint, providing corrosion resistance and rust prevention. The oven door can be opened and closed as a single unit. The door plate is equipped with a pull handle to facilitate the removal of each layer of the tray independently. The door is sealed with a high-temperature silicone strip around the edge to prevent burns. The oven is equipped with a removable layer shelf tray constructed from stainless steel. Each layer of shelves can be removed independently, and the entire oven is fitted with removable casters at the bottom, making it easy to access and exit.
2. Inner Part: The inner liner is constructed from 1.0mm thick SUS304# stainless steel plate, surrounded by 100K thick high-temperature resistant silicate insulating rock wool. This provides a uniform temperature inside the oven.
3. Heating Element: The oven air tank on both sides of the device is constructed from stainless steel and features a heat sink type heat pipe. This unique design incorporates a circulating large air volume forced horizontal air transport system with air inlet and exhaust port valves, allowing for precise adjustment of the air inlet and outlet flow. This ensures optimal temperature uniformity within the furnace.
4. Electrical components: 380V, three-phase, five-wire power supply, 5.5KW power output, microcomputer-based intelligent digital display temperature controller imported from overseas. The room temperature can be set at 200 ºC, with an adjustable rise time of approximately 10-20 minutes to reach 150 ºC. The PID self-tuning, automatic thermostat function, and accurate temperature control ensure that the temperature is maintained within a precise range. The 0-999 minute arbitrary timing control allows for precise scheduling.
