The vacuum oven consists of a high vacuum pump, a box, a studio, an electric heater and a digital thermostat. It can work steadily under the set vacuum condition and is suitable for vacuum drying of medicine, chemical industry, electronics, appliances, materials and parts. The outer shell of the box is sprayed with cold binding plate, which is beautiful and pleasant to the eye. The inner box is treated by stainless steel plate welding and pressure-resisting technology, and is equipped with silica gel sealing cushion on the door to ensure air tightness in the box. Glass fiber insulation is adopted to provide high-efficiency insulation and save energy consumption. The heating plate is installed on the four sides of the inner box to ensure uniformity of temperature.
I. Introduction to Oven Operation(Vacuum Oven)
1. Turn on the power switch. When the power is normal, the power indicator light and instrument will display normally when powered on. After turning on the power switch, please open the oven door to test whether there is air inside the box and whether the fan direction is correct. If there is air, proceed with the following steps. Stop the operation when there is no air circulation and check the cause.
The power indicator light is not on, check for power failure.
2. Heating switch, after setting the temperature, when heating is needed, turn on the heating switch, and turn off when no heating is needed; After the heating switch is turned on, there is no temperature rise. Please check if the heater, contactor, and solid-state SSR are working.
3. The timing function is to measure the temperature and stop heating when the time is reached. At the same time, there is an alarm function. When the time is reached, an alarm function is required. Please turn on the alarm switch and keep it off if not necessary.
4. Under normal operation, the set value of the over temperature gauge is usually higher than the value of the main temperature control gauge, usually set between 10-15.
5. After completing the above operations, please set the temperature control instrument to heat up. The operation is as follows:
5-1. Temperature setting: First, press the "SET" key once, and when the parameters on SV become dynamic, then press the "" shift key to select the number, tens, and hundreds; Use the "△" and "▽" keys again to set the temperature; After setting the temperature value, press the SET key to confirm;
5-2. For other parameters of the temperature control instrument, please refer to the instrument manual. Under normal use, other parameters on the instrument cannot be modified, and after modification, the temperature control instrument may not function properly;
5-3. For detailed instructions on other parameters, please refer to the manual.
