8. Temperature shock method The controller uses pneumatic actuators to control the cylinder to control the basket to quickly switch up and down between the low temperature box or the high temperature box, forming a closed-circuit air circulation system with the high temperature box or low temperature box respectively to quickly reach the test target temperature.

Machine structure

The two-box hot and cold shock box uses two upper and lower boxes (upper box with high temperature and lower box with low temperature). There is a movable basket in the middle. Samples can be placed in the movable basket. The basket can be switched up and down through the transmission device to quickly switch between the high and low temperature boxes. Thus achieving temperature shock.

Material composition

 Internal material Inner box material: 304# stainless steel, 1.2mm thick, all gaps are fully welded, no steam leaks.
 Outer box material Outer box material: 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate treated with paint
 Insulation material Insulation material: polyurethane foam + glass fiber cotton 100mm thick, combustion resistance and fireproofing meet the requirements.
 Main door lock Double-layer heat-insulated single door, stainless steel tightening handle, with observation window and observation light, left opening, handle on the right hand side, the insulation material is the same as the inner box
 Sealing device: Original imported high-quality silicone sealing strip.
 Observation window 1. The high temperature box is equipped with a three-layer glass observation window.
The window glass is equipped with electronic heating to prevent condensation and frost.
A high-efficiency and long-lasting LED lamp is installed above the window to clearly observe the test sample.

Cooling system adopts air-cooling or water-cooling type (selected according to customer conditions)
Test chamber hanging basket: One movable hanging basket. The hanging basket can be manually controlled through software or the hanging basket can be switched automatically.
Casters and fixed foot cups The test chamber is equipped with 4 load-bearing casters and 4 fixed foot cups to facilitate the movement and fixation of the machine.
Lead wire test hole: Open a Φ50mm test hole and attach a corresponding thermal insulation silicone rubber plug. The lead wire holes have diameters of φ50, φ80, and φ100, and specifications. The location and quantity can be customized according to the user's requirements as long as the chamber structure allows it. Request customization (standard configuration: one on the left)
Test material rack: 2 pieces of stainless steel SUS #304 grid-type storage rack (load bearing <=25kg/piece)
Adjustable spacing 40mm (can be customized according to customer product size)
Load condition requirements On any section perpendicular to the dominant wind direction, the sum of the load areas should not be greater than 1/3 of the cross-sectional area of the working room at that location. Do not block the flow of airflow when placing the load.
