The Round Vacuum Oven is dedicated to the Li-ion battery electrode drying process for producing. The vacuum oven working chamber is equipped with cylindrical cantilever, can hang the whole roll electrode, with maximum bearing weight up to 380 kg.

The 4 Round vacuum oven is equipped with four drums, you can also choose single drum, two drum according the battery production line output.

It is suitable for baking the whole roll of battery electrodes.

Adding temperature control ports for over-temperature protection can effectively prevent safety problems such as temperature runaway.
 

Working conditions

Each machine can work in a continuous cycle; basic process: open the oven door, put the electrode or battery into the oven, and then set the heating time, vacuum time, and nitrogen time. The system will automatically complete heating and regular ventilation according to the set time parameters to complete the baking process.



Vacuum drying oven configuration

1 Box material: stainless steel, reinforced with square materials

2. Frame: Made of 1.5mm and 2.0mm high-quality cold-rolled plates, it is composed of two layers of thermal insulation cotton. The cotton is produced in three layers: aluminum silicate, aluminum foil cotton, and sound insulation cotton.

The program controller adopts PLC control, and the work is stable and reliable.

14 The four-barrel oven is independently controlled. The total baking time, cycle time, vacuum time, drying time, and parameter settings can be set independently. You can press the button to automatically enter the baking program. When the time reaches the baking time, it will automatically shut down.
