The four-integrated test chamber is a comprehensive evaluation of a product's resilience to four key environmental stresses: temperature, humidity, vibration, and low air pressure. This test is used to assess the products in the temperature and humidity, vibration, low air pressure, and transportation environments to determine their adaptability.
In contrast to the role of a single factor, the four-integrated test more accurately reflects the electrical and electronic products in the transportation and actual use process, where temperature, humidity, and vibration are combined to simulate the composite environmental changes that occur during transportation. This test is essential for the development of new products, prototype testing, and product qualification testing.

(1) Do you accept customized services?
Yes, of course, we can not only offer standard machines, but also can customize machines according to your requests. Don't hesitate to tell us your requirements, we will try our best to meet your needs.
(2) How about your warranty?
Every machine produced in our factory comes with a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months of FREE maintenance, while considering of shipping time, we can extend for 2 months for our customers.
If your machine doesn't work, you can email us and we will try to find the problem via email or skype video chat if necessary. After confirming the problem, we can send you new instrument accessories or provide on-site maintenance.
(3) What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
(4) How to install and use the product?  
We will email you operating instructions and videos in English, or you can download it directly from our official website.
Most of our machines are already a complete part when shipped, which means that they have already been installed, you only need to connect the power cable and can start to use them. If possible, we can also install your machine on site.
(5) Are your company a trading one or a factory?
