Product introduction:
The solid particle generator is an efficient, continuous and fully automatic smoke generator. It has an unlimited number of cigarettes, is easy to maintain and is versatile, for example, it can be used as a standard source of pollution for air purifier particulate filtering performance testing.
 

Machine structure

As shown in the figure, the solid particle generator consists of three parts: the feeding box, the main engine, and the receiving box. The main engine is composed of (feeding mechanism, cigarette lighting mechanism and discharging mechanism. The chassis is made of thin stainless steel plates, which are bent, assembled and welded. , After the surface is rust-removed, it is made of white paint.

Functional Overview

The national standard GB/T18801-2015 requires that when the air purifier performs PM2.5 particulate matter CADR (clean air volume) and CCM (cumulative purification volume) purification performance tests in the standard cabin, it needs to pass the corresponding particles through the experimental cabin at a certain speed. A certain concentration of PM2.5 particle pollutants will occur inside, and this device is designed strictly in accordance with the national standard requirements. This device uses a fully automatic control program, completely replacing manual cigarette lighting. It is an efficient, continuous, fully automatic cigarette smoke generator that quantitatively generates simulated particulate matter pollution sources by controlling the combustion of standard cigarettes. In addition to meeting the requirements of the national standard GB/T18801-2015, it is also widely used in the analysis of cigarette smoke components, pathological research on the biological oxidation capacity of DNA, and simulation of the reliability of smoke environments in photoelectric product applications.

This device drives the push rod to reciprocate through a stepper motor, continuously achieving:
