Thermal Shock Chamber is developed to meet the greater demands for highly accelerated stress tests (HAST) of electrical and electronic components. The specimen transfer directly between the hot and cold zone to achieve rapid product temperature change for thermal shock, also known as the Environment Stress Screen test. It is widely used as a lab test and product manufacturer to test its product qualification and reliability.
 

Machine structure

The two-box hot and cold shock box uses two upper and lower boxes (upper box with high temperature and lower box with low temperature). There is a movable basket in the middle. Samples can be placed in the movable basket. The basket can be switched up and down through the transmission device to quickly switch between the high and low temperature boxes. Thus achieving temperature shock.
