Vehicle PM2.5 sensor calibration cabin/Dust particle automobile pm2.5 calibration test/PM2.5 sensor calibration and correction cabin
The dust PM2.5 sensor uses MIE scattering theory to count suspended particles in the air or measure the mass concentration. The industry usually uses dust PM2.5 sensor calibration equipment during the sensor calibration process. Below, the editor Let me introduce you to the calibration method of PM2.5 sensor.
Dust PM2.5 sensor calibration:
Calibration equipment: HUANYI instrument dust PM2.5 sensor calibration cabin
Calibration calibration method:
One is zero point (ZERO) calibration,
The second is span calibration (SPAN).
1. First, power on the transmitter module and age it for 24 hours to stabilize the output characteristics of the sensor. Then place the module in the PM2.5 sensor calibration cabin, insert the module into the test socket, and the test socket is connected to the computer through the data bus.
Since the regular atmosphere already contains a certain concentration of pm2.5 (fine particulate matter), especially in factory areas where the concentration of various particles is higher, the air purification system is first started to purify the gas in the test box (room), and the test box is used The concentration of particulate matter in the room dropped to infinitely close to zero.
2. When the pm2.5 tester data is <1ug/m3 and is stable for 2 minutes, the computer will read the raw data (pellets/L) of the sensors in each module and temporarily store it in the database.
3. Next, stop the air purification device, set the particle sampler and concentration, and then start the automatic gas distribution system. When the gas distribution concentration reaches the set value and stabilizes for 2 minutes, record the sensor data (particles/L) and temporarily store it in the database. .
4. Since the pm2.5 concentration (ug/m3) and the sensor reading (particles/L) have a non-linear relationship, but an approximate exponential relationship, in order to reduce the calculation load of the microcontroller, various concentrations are calculated through the supporting test software in the computer. Download the ug/grain value, generate the table and then write it into the EEPROM of the microcontroller. The microcontroller in the module can read the pm2.5 particle concentration in the current environment simply by looking up the table.
5. At this point, the entire calibration process is basically completed. If you need more accurate calibration data, you can use multiple points and multiple calibrations.
