Operational use
The large particle aerosol generator (potassium chloride generator) produced by Huanyi Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. consists of two parts: the generator column and the control box. The generator column includes a nozzle, drying tower and electronic air ionizer (non-radioactive aerosol charge neutralizer). The control box contains an air pressure regulator, smart thermostat, touch operating system, peristaltic liquid pump, heater, flow meter, temperature gas control system and ionizer power supply.
After turning on, adjust the required parameters, and the aerosol generator will spray aerosol from the top of the drying tower. The nozzle is easy to maintain and can be flushed directly with distilled water. It can be removed from the top of the drying tower for cleaning (generally no disassembly and maintenance is required). The volume within the drying tower allows sufficient residence time to dry the aerosol. Heated and ionized dilution air injected from the bottom of the cylinder aids in drying and static neutralization. The dilution air thoroughly mixes and dries the droplets to form solid salt particles, which are discharged from the cylinder at the bottom of the generator column. Because there are no vertical bends in the flow line, the aerosol can be directed into the test tube with minimal particle loss
