Sensor calibration refers to the process of transferring the standard value embodied by the standard instrument to the graduation of the sensor's working range and determining the graduation.


The calibration method of the sensor is to use a standard value generated by a standard equipment (such as a known standard force, pressure, torque, displacement, etc.) as a measuring ruler and input it into the sensor to be calibrated to obtain the output of the sensor. Then, through mathematical methods, the calibration work (calibration curve) is determined, and after comparison and data processing, the corresponding relationship between input and output (sensor sensitivity) and its accuracy can be found.

Test method:

The various sensor calibration test chambers is mainly used for the comparative calibration test of various sensors and the factory inspection of the sensors. During the test, a standard calibrated sensor and the DUT should be placed. 

After injecting a certain concentration of gas, the deviation between the data of each sensor and the standard object is detected. So as to judge whether this batch of sensors is qualified.
