That is, three translational movements within the Cartesian coordinate system and rotation around three coordinate axes. Machine features

The main functions of the platform are as follows:
1. Motion function; capable of yaw, pitch, roll, lift, lateral and longitudinal six degrees of freedom according to the instruction.

4. Monitoring function: real-time output of the current state of each driving device of the platform. As the actuator of the driving simulation system, the all-electric six-degree-of-freedom motion system receives the dynamic attitude control data from the upper simulation control system.
After receiving the dynamic attitude control data from the upper simulation control system, the all-electric six-degree-of-freedom motion system solves the attitude control data in real time and converts it into the control data of displacement and speed of the electric cylinders in the motion platform, and drives the servo motor to drive the electric cylinder motion.

In order to improve the realism of the six-degree-of-freedom platform vehicle simulator to simulate the real vehicle motion feeling, a variable input washout algorithm is proposed in combination with the classical washout algorithm. According to the simulator motion space, the input signal of the classical washout algorithm is divided and transformed according to the amplitude size, the high amplitude input signal is scaled to prevent exceeding the platform motion space; the low amplitude input signal is multiplied by a time-varying scale factor, and the determination of the time-varying scale factor adopts a fuzzy adaptive algorithm, which is based on the human body's motion sensation on the motion simulator, the human body's motion sensation on the vehicle, and the input signal. input signals, the input, output and fuzzy control rules of the fuzzy controller are selected.
