C. Structure and test method

1) The inside of the purification performance test chamber should be made of an uninterruptible panel.
2) An air circulation and pressure equalization system equipped with a HEPA filter capable of  supplying air satisfying the background concentration is applied to the test chamber.

3) Test using a particle generator capable of generating more than 107 particles per second by spraying an aqueous solution of potassium chloride [KCL].

4) While operating the air purifier for 20 minutes, measure the reduction of particles with a particle  size of 0.3μm, or perform a test until it reaches 1/10 of the initial particle concentration to obtain the purifying capacity value of the air purifier.

Test cabin body
1. The outer white color steel plate and the inner wall SUS304 stainless steel plate are integrally spliced. The thickness of the inner stainless steel plate is 1.0mm, and the thickness of the outer wall color steel plate is 0.8mm. 2. Insulation layer: 100mm thick flame-retardant polyurethane.
3. The ground load-bearing limit is 500Kg/m.
4.4 sets of 60W moisture-proof and explosion-proof lighting fixtures, installed in the environmental test chamber.

Chamber door
1 door, the door opening size is 2000Hx800Wmm. The sealing uses tetraethylene strips + sealant strips (HBC1079 food-grade sealant has passed the EU ROHS environmental standards, passed the EU REACH chemical regulatory standards, and passed the US FDA food hygiene standards).
The hinge can ensure that the door opening angle = 120 degrees. A set of three-layer vacuum glass observation windows with a visual area of 350x500mm are installed on the door. The interlayer of this observation window is vacuum-evacuated and has the advantages of high light transmittance and good heat insulation effect. The hatch is equipped with a DC36V defrost line.
