Ozone Aging Chamber can simulate natural environment of ozone atmosphere for rubber aging, adopt effective anti-aging measures to enhance the life of rubber products.
Ozone has important effects on the aging of materials. Ozone attacks the carbon-carbon double bond of synthetic rubber and creates cracks on its surface. Rubber parts such as insulated cables, seals and tires are thus destroyed, thereby shortening their service life. Using this ozone test system, you can achieve accelerated aging of any rubber product to determine the resistance level of the material's ozone aging.
