Centrifugal steady-state acceleration tester is used to determine whether electronic components, small equipment and other electrical and electronic products have good adaptability and performance under the action of forces (except gravity) generated by steady-state acceleration (constant acceleration) environment, such as running vehicles, air vehicles, rotating machinery and projectiles, and to evaluate some components. The structure is intact, and the electrical parameters of the sample can be checked under the steady acceleration environment.
Working Principle and Main Structure of Testing Machine
1.The centrifuge uses AC servo motor as power source, and is connected with the rotary drive mechanism through the special reducer of the servo motor, so as to drive the working rotary table to achieve the required working speed.

The required acceleration can be obtained by changing the installation radius of the specimen or the rotating speed of the turntable.
3.By changing the installation direction of the sample on the rotating disc installation plane, different directions of the test can be carried out.
4.The rotating disc structure material is aluminium alloy, which is mainly used to support centrifugal test to complete centrifugal acceleration. The corresponding installation and positioning device can be made on the rotating arm according to the shape of the user's test product and user's requirements.
5.The collector ring can be installed at the end of the rotating spindle (optional). The collector ring is a dynamic and static conversion device for the constant acceleration test of the tested product under the condition of power supply. The device is fixed on the bracket to prevent it from rotating with the turntable and lead out the power supply wire through the bracket. Used in centrifugal test, power supply to test sample, in order to test the adaptability of sample to constant centrifugal acceleration under live condition. The electrical and control signals needed for the product operation are introduced from the lower end of the centrifuge, and the test products are supplied by conductive sliding rings on the rotating spindle of the centrifuge. A conductive sliding ring is installed at the end of the rotating spindle, which is used to supply power to the test sample during centrifugal test, in order to test the adaptability of the test sample to constant centrifugal acceleration under live conditions.
