Machine structure


4.1 Box structure
The precooling zone, preheating zone, and test zone are independent. The three boxes can be switched through the air door without moving the test product. When the room temperature is affected, the ambient temperature is introduced into the test space through the blower to eliminate the heat or cold in the test space. At the same time, The damper of the high and low temperature tanks is closed; when the low temperature is hit, the dampers of the high temperature and normal temperature tanks are closed, and the low temperature tank is connected to the test chamber, and the pre-stored cold energy is instantly introduced into the test chamber; when the high temperature is hit, the dampers of the low temperature and normal temperature tanks are closed, and the high temperature tank is connected to the test chamber. , instantly introducing the pre-stored heat into the test chamber. This achieves the purpose of rapid temperature changes.
4.2 Material composition
Internal material: Inner box material: 304# stainless steel, 1.2mm thick, all gaps are fully welded, no steam leaks.

Air conditioning channel: Built-in high-temperature zone, low-temperature zone air room, circulating air duct and stainless steel circulating fan. By switching the air door, the heat and cold are evenly blown out from the inside of the air duct, and the temperatures stored in the high-temperature tank and low-temperature tank are distributed to the test space to achieve rapid temperature changes and uniform indoor temperature distribution
Lead test hole: Open a Φ50mm test hole on the left side, and attach a special sealing silicone rubber plug.
