Constant temperature and humidity test chamber is also called constant temperature and humidity testing machine, constant temperature and humidity test chamber, programmable heat and humidity alternating test chamber, constant temperature machine or constant temperature and humidity chamber. This equipment is used to test the performance of products at constant humidity and temperature under simulated temperature and humidity conditions of the natural environment to evaluate product performance, stability and durability. It has a wide range of applications and can test various materials, electronic components, auto parts, food, drugs, etc.

1. What are the five major systems of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber? It is composed of control system, refrigeration system, heating system, humidity system and air circulation system. The above systems belong to two major aspects: electrical and mechanical refrigeration.

1. Control system:

The control system is the core of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, which determines important indicators such as the heating and cooling rate and accuracy of the constant temperature and humidity chamber. The controllers of existing constant temperature and humidity test chambers mostly use PID control, and a few use a control method that combines PID and fuzzy control.

2. Refrigeration system:

The refrigeration system is one of the important components of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber. Generally speaking, the refrigeration method is mainly completed by mechanical refrigeration. Mechanical refrigeration uses vapor compression refrigeration. They are mainly composed of a compressor, a condenser, a throttling mechanism and an evaporator. The refrigeration method of a constant temperature and humidity box There are two types, namely single-stage refrigeration and double-stage refrigeration. For temperatures below -40°C, double-stage refrigeration is generally better.

3. Heating system:

The heating system of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is mainly composed of high-power resistance wires, which is simpler than the refrigeration system. Since the chassis requires a high heating rate, the heating system power is relatively large, and the bottom plate of the test chamber is also equipped with a heater.

4. Humidity system:

The humidity system is divided into two subsystems: humidification and dehumidification.

The humidification method generally adopts the steam humidification method, that is, low-pressure steam is directly injected into the test space for humidification. This humidification method is fast and has sensitive humidification control. It is easy to achieve forced humidification especially during cooling.

There are two dehumidification methods: mechanical refrigeration dehumidification and dryer dehumidification.

(1) The dehumidification principle of mechanical refrigeration dehumidification is to cool the air below the dew point temperature, condense and precipitate the moisture that exceeds the saturated humidity, and reduce the humidity.

(2) Dryer dehumidification uses an air pump to extract the air from the test chamber, inject dry air, and at the same time send the moisture to a recyclable dryer for drying. After drying, it is sent to the test chamber for repeated cycle dehumidification.

(3) At present, most comprehensive test chambers use the former dehumidification method. The latter dehumidification method can make the dew point temperature lower than 0°C and is suitable for occasions with special requirements, but the cost is higher.

5. Air circulation system:

The air circulation system of a constant temperature and humidity test chamber generally consists of a centrifugal fan and a motor that drives it. It provides air circulation in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber.

2. Working principle of constant temperature and humidity test chamber

1. The constant temperature and humidity test chamber consists of two parts: temperature regulation (heating, cooling) and humidification. Through the rotating fan installed on the top of the box, the air is discharged into the box to achieve gas circulation and balance the temperature and humidity in the box. The data collected by the temperature and humidity sensor built in the box are transmitted to the temperature and humidity controller (micro Information processor) performs editing and processing, and issues temperature and humidity adjustment instructions, which are completed through the joint efforts of the air heating unit, condensation tube, and heating and evaporation unit in the water tank.

2. The temperature of the equipment is adjusted through the temperature sensor built into the box, which collects data and is adjusted by the temperature controller (micro information processor). The air heating unit is connected to increase the temperature or the refrigeration solenoid valve is adjusted to reduce the temperature inside the box to achieve the desired temperature. Control the required temperature. The humidity adjustment of the equipment is achieved by collecting data through the built-in humidity sensor, adjusting it through the humidity controller (micro-information processor), connecting the water tank heating element, and increasing the humidity in the box by evaporating the water in the water tank or adjusting the refrigeration solenoid valve. Realize dehumidification to achieve the required humidity control.

3. The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is equipped with multiple protection measures; the temperature system is equipped with an over-temperature protector under the condition that the maximum safe allowable temperature can be set, and the air heating element can automatically cut off power when the rotating fan stops; the humidification system can be The water level in the humidification tank drops and the power supply is stopped; the refrigeration system also stops working as the temperature of the box increases (over 40°C) or the humidity increases.
