Overall structure: The entire vehicle environmental test chamber has a three-dimensional layout of upper and lower layers. The lower layer is the environmental cabin and the upper layer is the circulating air duct. The wall structure: polyurethane assembled warehouse board with a thickness of 150mm. The outer surface is made of spray-coated colored steel plates (thickness 1.5 mm), the inner surface is made of stainless steel plate (SUS304 thickness 1.2mm). There is an insulating sealing tape on the edge of the warehouse board. After the assembly is completed, silicone sealant is applied, and the two warehouse boards are covered with stainless steel strips to rivet the two warehouse boards. Floor structure: The design structure is basically the same as the wall. In addition, an anti-slip layer and a pressure plate are added. The thickness of the anti-skid stainless steel material is >3mm, the ground bearing capacity is 1200kg/wheel, and the load-bearing treatment is strengthened within the moving range of the cooling fan: the basic structure of the equipment meets the needs of drum equipment insulation.
