The new fan is installed in the test cabin of the domestic fresh fan micro-positive pressure test chamber, which can simulate the home environment after the fresh fan is installed. It is used to detect the micro-positive pressure test of household wall-mounted fresh air fans, ceiling-mounted fresh air fans, and floor-to-ceiling fresh air fans. The micro-positive pressure test chamber of emergency fresh air fans conforms to the test standard of QBT5580-2020.
When performing a micro-positive pressure test on a household fresh air blower, a household fresh air blower micro-positive pressure test chamber needs to be used. During the test phase of the household fresh air blower, we need to set the fresh air blower in a suitable position for testing. So, how to do it? What about placing a household fresh air blower?
How to place household fresh air fans in the micro-positive pressure test chamber:
Test items: Household fresh air blower (wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, floor-standing)
Test equipment: Household fresh air blower micro positive pressure test chamber
1) Wall-mounted fresh air fan
The prototype is supported by a bracket, and the air supply outlet is 1.7m away from the cabin floor, placed next to the test bulkhead, and as close to the center of the bulkhead as possible. During installation, the air supply and exhaust ports of the prototype are connected to the air supply section of the micro-positive pressure test device using hoses and hard pipes. The length of the hose should not be greater than 1m, and bends should be avoided as much as possible.
2) Ceiling-type fresh air fans (including concealed and surface-mounted)
The prototype is supported by a bracket, and the air supply outlet is 2.0m away from the cabin floor, placed next to the test bulkhead, and as close to the center of the bulkhead as possible. During installation, the air supply and exhaust ports of the prototype are connected to the air supply section of the micro-positive pressure test device using hoses and hard pipes. The length of the hose should not be greater than 1m, and bends should be avoided as much as possible.
3) Floor-standing fresh air fan
The prototype is placed on the ground of the test cabin, next to the test bulkhead, and as close to the center of the bulkhead as possible. During installation, the air supply and exhaust inlets of the prototype are connected to the air supply section of the micro-positive pressure test device using hoses and hard pipes, and the length of the hose should not be greater than 1m, and should not be bent as much as possible, as shown in the figure below, in the middle position It is a floor-standing fresh air blower.
