The equipment is divided into three parts: high temperature room, low temperature room and test room. It adopts a unique insulation structure and heat and cold storage functions. The object being tested remains completely stationary during the test. The hot and cold air path switching method is used to introduce hot and cold temperatures into the test area. Achieve the purpose of hot and cold shock testing.

Using the most advanced measuring device, the controller adopts a large-screen color LCD human-machine touch conversational LCD human-machine interface controller, which is simple to operate, easy to learn, stable and reliable, and displays the complete system operating status, execution and setting program curves.

With 96 independent test specifications, the impact time is 999 hours and 59 minutes, and the cycle period can be set from 1 to 999 times. It can realize the automatic operation of the refrigerator, realize automation to the greatest extent, reduce the workload of the operator, and can set automatic start and stop work at any time;

There is a 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used to test components of external power supply load wiring.

The functions of three different working conditions, high temperature, low temperature, and hot and cold shock, can be set independently. When performing hot and cold shock conditions, you can choose two-tank or three-tank type, cold punching or hot punching shock function. Low temperature testing machine with high functionality.

Equipped with a fully automatic high-precision system circuit, any movement of the machine parts is completely P.L.C locked, all are controlled by P.I.D automatic calculation, and the temperature control accuracy is high.

Advanced and scientific air circulation design ensures uniform indoor temperature without dead spots; complete safety protection devices avoid any possible safety hazards and ensure the long-term reliability of the equipment

The number of cycles and defrost times can be set to achieve automatic (manual) defrost.

The air outlet and return air outlet are detected and controlled by sensors. The damper mechanism switching time is completed within 10 seconds, and the hot and cold shock temperature recovery time is completed within 5 minutes.

It has status display and curve display during operation. When an abnormality occurs, the fault point and cause are automatically displayed on the screen, and troubleshooting methods are provided. It also has an emergency shutdown device when the input power supply is found to be unstable.

The refrigeration system adopts cascade high-efficiency low-temperature loop system design. The refrigeration unit uses compressors imported from Europe and the United States, and uses green environmentally friendly (HFC) refrigerants R507 and R23 with zero ozone coefficient.

Super safety protection functions: power overload protection, leakage protection, control circuit overload, short circuit protection, compressor protection, grounding protection, over-temperature protection, alarm sound prompt, etc.

The material inside and outside the box is made of stainless steel plate (SUS#304). There are different outer box materials to choose from:
