The test machine equipped with double closed-loop control system, which has the technical advantages of stable rotation, high precision of rotation speed and acceleration, small fluctuation of long time and high reliability. It use communication mode control, with high acceleration precision and reliable operation.
1. The three-phase asynchronous motor drives the pair of reduction ratios through the elastic coupling
The bevel gear of I ( I=78/16=4.875 ) is decelerated, the large bevel gear is mounted on the rotating main shaft, and the working arm is also fixed on the rotating main shaft, thereby driving the working rotating arm to rotate around the main shaft.
2. By changing the mounting radius of the test piece and the swivel speed of the arm, the desired acceleration value can be obtained. The acceleration value is calculated

3. By changing the mounting direction of the test piece on the arm mounting plane, it is possible to test in different directions.
4. The working arm of the centrifuge is a welded rigid structural beam, which is mainly used for supporting the test fixture. The mounting holes are formed on the mounting planes at both ends of the rotating arm, and a scale is installed to determine the installation radius of the sample.
5. A collecting ring is installed at the upper end of the rotating main shaft for supplying power to the test sample during the centrifugal test to test the adaptability of the test piece to constant centrifugal acceleration under charged conditions.
6.The speed measuring device is connected to the driving motor through the synchronous toothed belt by the speed measuring motor, and can directly detect the rotating speed of the driving motor, and divide the speed ratio to calculate the rotating arm speed.
