The temperature and humidity test chanberis also called temperature and humidity calibration chamber specially developed by our company for the calibration of temperature and humidity meter. It has 360ºC observation window without dead Angle and high stability and fluctuation index. It is a special verification equipment for the detection of hair temperature and humidity meter (meter), dry and wet bulb thermometer, digital temperature and humidity meter and other kinds of temperature and humidity sensors.
Calibration of temperature and humidity sensors is a process that involves identifying calibration equipment, preparing standard environments, performing calibration tests, comparisons and calculations, and adjustment and verification. Here are the steps for calibration:
Identify calibration equipment. Choose a highly accurate and reliable reference sensor as the calibration device.
Prepare a standard environment. Create a stable environment and determine standard conditions with known temperature and humidity values.
Perform a calibration test. Place the sensor to be calibrated and the reference sensor under standard conditions and record their output values.
Compare and calculate. The output value of the sensor to be calibrated is compared with the output value of the reference sensor and the calibration deviation is calculated.
Adjust and verify. According to the calibration deviation, the sensor to be calibrated is adjusted and the calibration test is performed again to verify the calibration effect.
In addition, the calibration of the humidity sensor is based on specifications, such as JJF 1076-2001 "Humidity Sensor Calibration Specification", which is carried out at room temperature of 20°C or 25°C. The humidity calibration range is generally 10% to 90%RH, and the calibration points are every 10% Integer point of RH. For resistive humidity sensors, the resistance value is a function of humidity and temperature, so the effect of temperature should be considered during calibration.
