Application

Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the bearing extent of the material structures and composite material in an instant and continuous high temperature and extremely low temperature environment, which is in the shortest time to test its thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical change or physical harm.

Three zones thermal shock chambers can be used to test the tolerance of products in the continuously changing temperature environment between two extreme temperatures. Through thermal shock testing, we can understand the failure of the product due to repeated changes in temperature.

Three zones thermal shock chambers are mainly composed of independent product testing area, high temperature heat storage area and low temperature storage area. In addition, there are auxiliary refrigeration units and electrical control cabinets.

Machine structure

The pre-cooling area, preheating area and test area are independent. The three boxes can be switched through the air door without moving the test product. When the room temperature is affected, the ambient temperature is introduced into the test space through the blower to eliminate the heat or cold in the test space. At the same time, The damper of the high and low temperature tanks is closed; when the low temperature is hit, the dampers of the high temperature and normal temperature tanks are closed, and the low temperature tank is connected to the test chamber, and the pre-stored cold energy is instantly introduced into the test chamber; when the high temperature is hit, the dampers of the low temperature and normal temperature tanks are closed, and the high temperature tank is connected to the test chamber. , instantly introducing the pre-stored heat into the test chamber. This achieves the purpose of rapid temperature changes.
