The Rain test chamber main function of this equipment is to test the performance of products during storage, transportation and use in rainy climate environments. It is widely used in electrical and electronic products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and other products. Under the climatic conditions of simulating rain, the simulated specimens are subjected to rain test, dripping rain test, high wind speed rain (meeting the GJB150.8A procedure | rainfall and blowing rain (that is, rain test with wind source), and program 1 enhanced , program drip test) and other environmental conditions, and provide reliability tests for the safety testing of electronic components.

The Rain test chamber box structure:
1. The shell material is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, and the inner material is made of stainless steel.
2. The large-area visible glass door makes it easy to observe the condition of the test specimen inside the test chamber.
3. The bottom of the test box is made of high-quality fixed PU movable wheel, which is convenient for users to move.
4. It has a 270 degree swing tube and a 360 degree rotary rod water spray device.

IPX3 & IPX4/4K rain test chamber
For IPX3 water spray testing and IPX4/4K splash testing
The inner cavity is made of 304 stainless steel.
Oscillation tubes with different radii and numbers of openings are provided to accommodate samples of different sizes.
The tube can swing vertically on either side by an angle of 120° (for IPX3) or nearly 360° (for IPX4), 60° (for IPX3) or nearly 180° (for IPX4).
Water flow: (0.1+0.5) mm/min/hole or (0.07+0.5) mm/min/hole (adjustable).
Water pressure provided: approx. 80 kPa (for IPX3/4)/4000 kPa (for IPX4K) (adjustable).
Turntable speed: approx. 1~3 rpm (adjustable).
Configure a water circulation system to realize automatic replenishment and recycling of water.
Equipped with PLC and 7-inch touch screen for control and monitoring. If required, the sample can be energized during testing. Equipment size can be customized according to sample specifications.
IPX5 & IPX6/6K rain test chamber
For IPX5/6/6K water spray protection testing.
The inner cavity is made of 304 stainless steel.
Equipped with 2 nozzles of different diameters (lPX5/6K diameter 6.3mm, lPX6 diameter 12.5mm) to adapt to different test projects.
The nozzle can automatically swing up and down according to testing needs.
The water pressure is adjustable from 30kPa to 1000kPa to achieve the required flow rate. Turntable speed: about 1~3r/min (adjustable). Equipped with a water circulation system to realize automatic water replenishment and recycling.
Equipped with PLC and 7-inch touch screen for parameter setting and real-time data presentation.
Allow the sample to be energized during testing if desired.
The machine stops automatically after the test is completed.
Chamber size can be customized based on sample size.
