Thermal Vacuum Chamber Structure
1. The test equipment adopts frame structure, the cold and heat source unit is arranged independently, which reduces the influence of vibration on the vacuum chamber, the vacuum unit and the chamber are combined into one, the appearance is compact and beautiful, and the overhaul of the equipment is well considered.
2. The vacuum vessel is made of non-magnetic SLS304 stainless steel with excellent mechanical properties, horizontal structure, one end of which is made of movable disc-shaped head as hatch (opening direction: facing the box door and rotating to the right), and the other end of which is the head: the inner surface of the vessel is mechanically polished in order to reduce the outgassing of the material.
3. Gauge interface: 4 KRF25 gauge interfaces are installed on the tank, two are spare.
4. Heat sink: Adopting purple copper plate and purple copper pipe with excellent thermal conductivity and welding performance, the inner surface is sprayed with special black matting paint to improve its radiation power.
5. Bottom plate: the bottom plate is active non-independent temperature control bottom plate (Note: users can choose non-temperature control bottom plate or independent temperature control bottom plate).
6. Hatch and sealing: movable disc-shaped head for the hatch, special floating hinges, screw locking mechanism, easy to open and close: hatch sealing using professional release "amount of small vacuum 0-type seals, easy to replace.
7. Flange: A 20m blind flange is arranged on the left and right sides of the tank for installing the vacuum connector, which is provided by the user.
