The HY-26A Tape lnitial Tack Tester is suitable for the initial viscosity test of adhesive tapes, protective films, labelsplasters and other products to detect the adhesion performance of the object in short contact with the product to betested
1. Place the machine on a stable tabletop and adjust the level with a level.
2. Adjust the angle to be tested (usually 30°).
3. Fix the tape to be measured below 10CM away from the steel ball (10CM below the rolling ball is the runway),
S1. Cut at least 4 test pieces with a width of 10-15mm and a length of about 400mm. If the elongation of the test piece is large, the test piece should be left to stand for a period of time before testing.
S2. The runway is made of a transparent polyester film with a thickness of 25um and a length of more than 100mm, and is attached to the adhesive surface at the designated position of the test piece, with a length of 100mm.
4. Use clean pliers to place the steel ball in the ball seat and test in sequence starting from the No. 32 steel ball.
5. Open the gate and let the steel ball roll down naturally.
6. At the end of the test, record the number of steel balls that stick to the tape for at least 5 seconds.
