Fuel cell plateau hypoxia experimental chamber
1. Application scope:
Fuel cell system performance test:
Simulate the actual working conditions of the fuel cell system in a low pressure and low oxygen environment to evaluate its performance and stability.
Extreme climate adaptation research:
Test the adaptability of fuel cell systems under extreme climate conditions such as high altitudes and cold areas.
Research on new materials and new technologies:
Provide a stable experimental environment for testing the performance of new materials and technologies in low-oxygen environments.
The fuel cell hypoxia test chamber is an experimental equipment used to test the performance and stability of fuel cells in plateau low pressure and low oxygen environments. The test chamber can simulate environments with oxygen concentrations at different altitudes to evaluate the performance and stability of fuel cells at different altitudes and oxygen concentrations to meet the needs of users in different regions for fuel cells.
1. Environmental cabin structure: The environmental cabin is assembled in grades, and the surface of the structure is treated with anti-rust treatment. It is smooth and beautiful, white and gray. The internal material is made of stainless steel plate and integrally welded.
2. Sample entry method: There is a lift-type movable slope in front of the cabinet door. The slope can bear more than 2T, which can facilitate forklifts to enter and exit the environmental chamber.
3. Internal materials of the bulkhead and cabin roof: It has pressure-bearing function and internal structural reinforcement. The inner tank is integrally welded. Its strength and sealing are fully suitable for the thermal insulation requirements of the test cabin. The inner surface of the warehouse plate is matte 304 stainless steel plate. Anti-corrosion treatment, the surface is enhanced with concave and convex treatment, and the thickness is required to be no less than 1.5mm.
4. Insulation material: Ensure that the temperature of the accessible parts outside the cabin is not higher than 30°C during high temperature tests; there should be no condensation during low temperature tests and when the ambient temperature is 15°C~35°C and the relative humidity is ≤90%.
5. Bottom plate: The average load capacity is not less than 1000 kg/m2.
6. Floor drainage channels: There are stainless steel drainage channels around the cabin floor.
