Basic size:
3m³: 1.4m (length) × 1.4m (width) × 1.5m (height)
30m³: 3.5 m (length) × 3.4 m (width) × 2.5 m (height)
Note: The test chamber volume allows a deviation of ± 0.2m³, and the inner dimension allows a deviation of ± 0.5m.
During the test process of passenger car air purifiers, an air environment cabin needs to be used. Before testing, there needs to be a basic testing requirement in the design of the environmental cabin. Let's take a look at how to design a passenger car air purifier. Purifier environmental chamber requirements.
PM1.0 clean air volume test steps:
1. Test preparation:
Test item: Passenger car air purifier
Test equipment: Passenger car air purifier environmental chamber
Equipment model: Environmental instrument HYQW-3
Meets standards: T/SAEPI 007-2022
2. Start testing:
1. Light the standard cigarette for the test and place it in the particle generator, while monitoring changes in particle concentration. When the concentration of particulate matter reaches the required concentration range, stop the occurrence and remove the smoke outlet pipe from the test chamber.
2. After the smoke generation ends, continue to turn on the fan for 2 minutes to evenly mix the concentration of particulate matter in the test cabin.
3. Turn off the mixing ceiling fan for 3 minutes to stabilize the particle concentration in the test chamber. During the entire subsequent test, the mixing ceiling fan must not be turned on again and the circulation fan remains running.
4. Test of concentration at t0 point: Test the concentration of particulate matter after turning off the mixing ceiling fan for 3 minutes, and record it as t0.
5. Data recording: Read 1 data every 1 minute after time t0. The sampling time of each data is 1 minute. Test continuously for 20 minutes. Take 10 values and record them as t1~t10.
The data used for calculation is at least 9 consecutive test values, among which the lowest particle concentration must be greater than 2 times the lower measurement limit of the test instrument.
1. Test cabin background conditions:
1. The temperature inside the test cabin is (25±2)ºC and the relative humidity is (50±10)%;
The background concentration of particulate matter above 2.0.3μm is ≤1*10^4 particles/L;
3. When testing the purification ability of gaseous pollutants, the background concentration of the corresponding pollutants should not be higher than 20% of the limit specified in GB/T 18883-2002.
4. Product model: Environmental instrument HYQW-3
2. The test system configuration should meet the following requirements:
1. Sampling port: A circular sampling port with an inner diameter of 10mm and a height of (1.0~1.3) m from the ground. It can be closed when not in use.
2. Sampling tube: The particulate matter sampling tube adopts a sampling tube specially equipped with the instrument.
3. Ambient temperature and humidity control system: air conditioner, humidifier and dehumidifier.
4. Background concentration control system: HEPA filter: air filter with an air filtration effect of 99.97% or higher for particles with a particle size of 0.3 μm: Gaseous pollutant filter: capable of removing the measured gaseous pollutants filter.
