This fan test chamber is operated by computer control and a stepping motor drive. The operator is outside the test room, so there is no impact on the wind field. The equipment is tested automatically, and the test data is recorded, saved, and generated automatically. This includes an air volume report and energy efficiency rating. The data is accurate, repeatable, efficient, and convenient to store.

Test System Principles:

The  chamber primarily comprises an air volume test mechanism, test screen, specimen mounting frame, test screen, computer control system, and so forth. The test room headroom must be at least 4000mm, with no beams or columns and no other dry airflow components. The test screen and test screen form an air circulation channel to accommodate varying specimen specifications. The test screen top hole is adjustable to suit different specimens. Testing Process

4. The energy efficiency value is determined by dividing the average value of the measured output air volume by the measured input power of the motor. This value is calculated for the electric fan in the rated voltage, rated frequency, and at the highest speed of operation.
