Scope of application
The special environmental simulation test chamber developed for the hydrogen-related environmental simulation test system is an environmental chamber that can safely and reliably simulate different temperatures and different humidity for fuel cell system performance testing.(1) The programme of sweeping gas up and down from the top and bottom of the cabin enables the rapid discharge of flammable and explosive gases, as well as toxic and harmful gases such as hydrogen that may leak. This includes gases produced by fuel cells, as well as conventional exhaust gases produced during testing.
(2) Capable of meeting both the gas exchange requirements of fuel cell testing and conventional fuel vehicle testing.
(3) It can monitor the concentration of specified gases (e.g. hydrogen), set alarm thresholds through the gas sensor to trigger different relays to make the fan work with different power (or multiple fans to perform different power work), to achieve graded alarms and or fan graded linkage, and to discharge leaked toxic and flammable gases in a timely manner, with a high degree of safety.
(4) The explosion-proof function ensures high safety standards.
