The formaldehyde balance pretreatment chamber is designed according to the test requirements in "GB/T 17657-2022 Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Artificial Panels and Veneer Artificial Panels". It provides a separate test space, which can eliminate the mutual contamination of formaldehyde released by the formaldehyde test specimens and thus affect the test results, greatly improving the test accuracy. The multi-chamber configuration enables cyclic testing, greatly improving test efficiency.
The pretreatment cabin includes: pressure air source, dehumidification device, filter device, three-way valve, humidification device, heating device, refrigeration device, external circulation fan, jacket, a buffer cabin and multiple cabins.
