Equipment overview
This machine is suitable for continuous rotation (drop) experiments on various small and lightweight portable electronic products such as mobile phones, electronic dictionaries, CDs, and MP3s, as well as connectors, remote controls, etc. After the specified number of times is reached, the damage caused is investigated. situation.
This machine meets the GB/T2423.8-1995 appendix standard.
Drum drop testing machines can be divided into: single drum drop testing machines, double drum drop testing machines, three drum drop testing machines (or non-standard custom-made).
Testing purposes
1. The durability of the shell.
2. The internal structure's resistance to (heavy) falls.
3. Adaptability to withstand repeated free falls.
Test process description
1. This machine simulates the free falling action of the product during user use for testing.
2. Manually put the test product into the drum → close the transparent cover and protective device → the motor drives the drum to rotate counterclockwise → it will drop twice in one rotation.
Function realization
1. The motor rotates the drum at a fixed number (5-20 rpm).
2. The drop height is 500/1000mm, and the two stations work at the same time.
3. The roller structure ensures that the mobile phone falls randomly and avoids non-standard friction and collision movements.
