Temperature Control System
1. The temperature control is a PID microcomputer, which can automatically calculate, PV/SV can be displayed simultaneously, and can be set by button setting to any temperature value between normal temperature and the highest temperature (Taisong);
2. Timer setting, 99.9 seconds - 999 hours (optional setting of hours, minutes, seconds, Taiwan Yang Ming)
a. Continuous use, b. When the temperature reaches the timer, the heating current is cut off when the time is up (end alarm device)
3. When the temperature is up, the heating current will be cut off (alarm device)
4. Temperature sensing input CA (K) TYPE temperature sensing head (Taiwan Shenjie);
5. Output is 3-32V;
6. The current controller controls the power output by a solid-state relay and the temperature-controlled PID microcomputer contact output. The signal automatically adjusts the output ratio and can accurately control the overshoot accuracy of the temperature (Taiwan Yangming);
7. The heating material is stainless steel heater (Swedish high temperature wire)
Air supply system
1. Forced horizontal air supply circulation, the air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent from the right air duct to the inside of the oven, and the used hot air is sucked into the left air duct to become the air source for recirculation heating, thus reducing the Energy loss is ensured and the temperature uniformity in the box is ensured. When the temperature drops due to the opening of the door, the air supply circulation system can also be used to quickly restore the working temperature value.
2. The motor is a long-axis high-temperature resistant type with a power of 2/1hp/50Hz (Taiwan Tonghe).
The 3.7-inch wind wheel is a multi-blade turbine type.
4. Equipped with adjustable air deflectors.
5. There is an air inlet on the left and an exhaust outlet on the right, with a diameter of 80mm and an adjustable exhaust volume.
