6. Sealing and vacuum display
5.1. The vacuum operation has the functions of pumping, stopping, and decompressing, with electrical control mode and automatic control of the vacuuming process;
5.2. Automatic control: Set the required vacuum value and start the vacuuming screen. When the vacuum reaches the set upper limit, the vacuum pump stops working. At this time, it enters the pressure maintaining stage and starts timing. When the vacuum degree is lower than the lower limit, the vacuum pump starts working. , when the pressure holding time is over, the alarm prompts automatic decompression;

1. 2. Over-temperature protection system: When the temperature is out of control due to external forces, this system will automatically stop heating and power supply when it exceeds the set temperature by 10 degrees, thereby protecting the safety of your products and machines.
3. Overload protection system: When the power of the whole machine exceeds the normal power due to excessive external voltage or other reasons, this system will automatically cut off the power to protect the industrial control components of the whole machine from damage.
8. Vacuum system
The door and the inner tank are sealed by silicone rubber strips. There is an air extraction hole at the rear of the working room, which is connected to the vacuum pump, pressure sensor, air inlet solenoid valve, vacuum pressure port on the panel and manual regulating valve at the rear base through pipelines.
The pressure sensor signal is sent to the smart instrument to display the absolute air pressure in the box. The vacuum pressure hole is used for pressure measurement and sampling. Before stopping the machine and opening the door, the air inlet solenoid valve must be opened to inlet air to balance the air pressure inside and outside the box before the door can be opened.
