The tests include: heat soak loss, refueling emission loss, and 24h/48h/72h daytime loss. . The temperature control range is +15~+60ºC, which can simulate two modes of constant temperature and day and night temperature changes.
For the evaporative emission test of the fuel tank, the Mini-SHED (Mini-SHED evaporative pollutant sealed chamber) standard equipment is mainly used. The fuel tank is placed in the sealed chamber of the equipment, and the ambient temperature in the sealed chamber is changed to simulate when the car is parked. The day and night changes in the ambient temperature are measured, and the fuel evaporative emissions of the fuel tank are measured twenty-four hours a day.
