Product Description

The sterilization and antibacterial environment test chamber is made of 8K mirror stainless steel with a roughness of less than 0.25 microns. The surface is smooth and clean. The design and structure of an airtight test chamber used at the hatch opening should ensure that microbial aerosols in the chamber do not leak out, and the materials used should be corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

Application fields

The antibacterial sterilization purification function test chamber is mainly used for the limited space device of the purifier's ability to remove target pollutants in the air, and can be CCM test equipment for the cumulative purification capacity of specific pollutants.


1. Installation of the test group prototype

Install the prototype to the far end of the sterilization and antibacterial aerosol chamber according to the installation instructions of the tested prototype.

2. Installation of the blank control group prototype

Install a product of the same model and batch as the tested prototype, and remove all parts with sterilization and sterilization functions, or set the sterilization and sterilization functions to inactive states.

3. Test steps of sterilization and antibacterial aerosol chamber

3.1 Sterilization Sterilize the test utensils used in the test.

3.2 Purify and sterilize the air of the aerosol cabin through a filter so that its cleanliness is not lower than level 7 (level 10,000)

3.3 Adjust the temperature and relative humidity of the aerosol cabin, and keep it stable for a period of time (to ensure that the temperature and relative mixing degree are relatively constant during the whole experiment).

3.4 Open the air supply device in the operation room, and send the circulating air through the filter to maintain the air pressure in the operation room as positive pressure (15Pa~30Pa) to prevent the leakage of microbial aerosols in the test chamber.

3.5 Take the test bacteria suspension and dilute it to the required concentration with nutrient broth medium. Spray the bacteria according to the pressure, gas flow rate and spray time set by the spray infection device, and it is required to use an air stirring device (such as a fan) to stir while spraying. After spraying the bacteria, it is required to continue stirring for 10 minutes, and then let it stand for 15 minutes.

3.6 At the same time, the test group and the control group are respectively sampled for bacterial concentration before operation. The sampling time is 1min~5min, and the sampling head should be upward during sampling. It is required that the number of positive control bacteria in the aerosol indoor air should be 5.0×104CFU/m³~5.0×105CFU/m³, otherwise the test will be invalid.

3.7 Run the tested prototype to the highest sterilization condition specified by the manufacturer (if not specified by the manufacturer, the highest wind speed and the maximum air outlet state shall prevail). For air conditioner products, test according to the air supply status.

 

Machine structure

The test bacteria are: Staphylococcus albsp 8032 or other suitable non-pathogenic microorganisms

1. Sterilization: Sterilize the test vessels used in the test.
2. Use high-efficiency filters to purify and sterilize the air in the aerosol cabin so that its cleanliness is no less than level 7 (level 10,000)
3. Adjust the temperature and relative humidity of the air dew chamber to maintain stability. After a period of time (to ensure that the temperature and relative humidity are relatively constant during the entire experiment), the aerosol chamber is sealed and must not be opened again during the entire test.
4. Open the air supply device in the operation room and send in circulating air that has passed through the high-efficiency filter to maintain the air pressure in the operation room at a positive pressure (15Pa~30Pa) to prevent the leakage of microbial aerosols in the test chamber.
5. Take the test bacteria liquid and dilute it with nutrient broth culture medium to the required concentration. Spray the bacteria according to the pressure, gas flow and spray time set by the spray dyeing device. It is required to use air stirring equipment (such as a fan) to stir while spraying. After spraying and staining, it is required to continue stirring for 10 minutes and then let it stand for 15 minutes.
6. At the same time, conduct bacterial concentration sampling in the air dew chambers of the test group and the control group before operation. The sampling time is 1min~5min. When sampling, the sampling head should be upwards. The number of positive control bacteria in the air in the air-zero room should be 5.0X10 CFU. / ~5.0X105 CFU/m otherwise the test will be invalid
7. Run the tested prototype to the highest sterilization condition specified by the manufacturer (if the manufacturer does not specify, the highest wind speed and maximum air outlet condition shall prevail). For air conditioner products, tests are conducted based on the air supply status.
