Product Description

Product Description

Product name: Screw type thermal resistorThe high-temperature PT100/PT1000 temperature sensor uses a thick-walled stainless steel tube, encapsulates the platinum resistance element inside, and leads out the wires to protect the platinum resistance element. It can measure high temperature conditions within 850°C and is resistant to side pressure. excellent properties such as wear resistance, and used in environments where high temperature, high pressure, wear resistance, etc. are needed.

Please inform the following parameters when ordering:
1 .PT100/PT1000 platinum thermal resistance element accuracy selection (A level ±0.15 B level ±0.3 C level ±0.6)
2 What is the temperature range of temperature measurement? (-70ºC-500ºC)
3. How many wires are output? (Commonly used 2-wire system/3-wire system/4-wire system, choose one)
4 What are the requirements for wires? (High temperature/wear-resistant/anti-corrosion/explosion-proof/waterproof/other)
5. What is the length of the lead wire? (Commonly used 1M/2M/3M/4M/5M standard configuration)
6. Pipe diameter D and length L? (3x30mm 4x30mm 5x30mm 6x30mm other sizes)
7. What is the end treatment of the compensation wire? (Tin-plated/U-shaped terminal/Metal pin/Other terminals)
8 Other special requirements, please specify in detail for customization on special occasions.

K-type thermocouple is a kind of temperature sensor. K-type thermocouple is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators.
K-type thermocouples can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid steam and gas media as well as solids in a variety of production ranging from 0°C to 1300°C.
K-type thermocouple is currently the most widely used cheap metal thermocouple, and its usage is the sum of other thermocouples. K-type thermocouple wire diameter is generally 1.2mm~4.0mm.
The nominal chemical composition of the positive electrode (KP) is: Ni:Cr=90:10, the nominal chemical composition of the negative electrode (KN) is: Ni:Si=97:3, and its operating temperature is -200ºC~1300ºC
K-type thermocouples have the advantages of good linearity, large thermoelectromotive force, high sensitivity, good stability and uniformity, strong oxidation resistance, and low price. They can be used in oxidizing inert atmospheres and are widely used by users.
K-type thermocouples cannot be used directly in sulfur, reducing or alternating reducing and oxidizing atmospheres and vacuum at high temperatures, and are not recommended for use in weak oxidizing atmospheres.
