PM2.5 pollutant sensor calibration cabin
PM2.5 sensors are mainly used in air purifiers, air fresheners, ventilation equipment, environmental monitoring equipment, smoke alarms, air conditioners, etc. The dust PM2.5 sensor has been aged, debugged, calibrated and calibrated before leaving the factory. During the calibration process You need to use a PM2.5 sensor calibration chamber.
Technical features:
An industrial computer is used to control the PM2.5 concentration of the mixed gas in the test chamber. The mixed gas is detected by the PM2.5 sensor and the standard sensor to obtain detection data. The industrial computer is used to compare the PM2.5 concentration based on the error between the measured values of the PM2.5 sensor and the standard sensor. Calibration of PM2.5 sensors enables individual detection and calibration of mass-produced PM2.5 sensors, ensuring the measurement accuracy of PM2.5 sensors, improving the accuracy of PM2.5 sensors, and ensuring consistency in product use. Reduced amount of rework.
Calibration content:
By obtaining the dust concentration of the calibration environment and the basic power parameters of the PM2.5 sensor corresponding to the dust concentration, the calibration parameters of the dust sensor are determined based on the power parameters and dust concentration. This can improve the accuracy of the dust sensor calibration parameters, thereby improving the accuracy of the dust sensor.
