2. Purpose and composition
This testing machine consists of a control box, combustion box, burner, LCD display, PLC control system, solenoid valve, high-pressure igniter, gas pipe, pressure regulating valve, gas flow meter (one each for propane and air), exhaust system, Lighting system and signal control lines.
3. Structural diagram of operation steps
A. Put the mask on the metal head mold. The distance between the top of the burner and the part of the mask (when placed directly facing the burner) should be set at 20 mm ± 2 mm. B. Adjust the flame height to 40 mm ± 4 mm. Use a metal-isolated thermocouple probe to measure the temperature of the flame at 20 mm ± 2 mm above the top of the burner. It should be 800 C ± 50 C.C. Move the head mold through the flame at a linear speed of 60 mm/s ± 5 mm/s. , and record the burning state of the mask after passing through a flame.
